In these last days, a world leader will confirm a seven year covenant between Israel and her Gentile neighbors (Dan. 9:27). During the first half of the 70^th week he will be supported by ten nations (Rev. 17:12-13). Daniel calls this man, the Little Horn (Dan. 7:8). The first three nations he subdues may represent a large Muslim population (Ezek. 38:5-7). Seven more nations will give their power to him by the middle of the 70^th week (Rev. 17:12, Dan. 11:43). The scriptures don't say where this covenant will be confirmed between Israel and the Antichrist. After the Little Horn physically subdues three Muslim nations, Jesus will open the 1^st seal of the heavenly scroll. Satan is coming down to conquer the world (Rev. 6:2). His evil plan will begin after the Little Horn confirms a covenant between Israel and her enemies (Dan.7:20-25; 9:27). The nations will rejoice over this world leader bringing peace to the Middle East. It will be a different story for Christians watching and praying (Rev. 3:3). When this covenant is signed the saints will know the nationality of the Beast, his country, and the nations (horns) supporting him (Rev. 17:9-13). Amazingly enough, this covenant will begin the seven year countdown to the physical return of the Deliverer (Dan. 9:24-27, Rom. 11:25-27, Rev. 10:1-7).
